Risk Management
Brian Hogg Consulting was asked to intervene and assist in the wrap-up of an existing project. This project had frustratingly dragged on for two years, well beyond their expectations. This was successfully wrapped-up in two weeks, with a grand total of one design and one implementation. The soft launch has thus far been met with very positive feedback.
vTiger Customer Management System
Brian Hogg Consulting was approached by vTiger to create a custom solution that would be used by over 200 Amvic dealers across North America. The system’s purpose is to automatically assign leads to the correct dealer based on geographical location – this streamlined the organizations data flow, and significantly improved response time.
